Over a period of 20 years, my transformation from hotelier to entrepreneur gives me an insight to customer management either external or internal. I have worked with 5 star brand of hotels from 1995 to 2005. It has brought us to a position where our satisfied & delighted customers out-numbers our competitors.

I have an experience of more than a decade in sales of hotel industry with 5 star brands only. One of the youngest director who managed Muhammad Bin Salman and his 400 delegates during his trip to Pakistan in 2019.
I bring time and stress management with professional analytical skills. My focus remains injecting such sales-art-mantra into my team. Operations need delicacy and etiquette too, thanks to my experience of being hotelier.
